In the event of defective merchandise, we apologize for any inconvenience you may experience and will replace the product at no charge to you. Please notify us by email or phone right away if you have received defective material. We will give you an RA number so we can process the exchange and we will let you know how to ship the product back to us. Once the merchandise has been received, inspected and confirmed to be defective. We will immediately replace the defective product at no additional cost.
For any incorrect merchandise that is shipped to you due to an error by Foamerica, we will pay for the shipping charges to return the product. Please notify us by email or phone right away if you receive the wrong material. We will give you an RA number so we can process your return and get the correct product to your as quickly as possible. Once we receive the incorrect merchandise back, inspect and confirmed it to still be in re-sellable condition we will ship out the correct merchandise to you. We do not accept returns after 30 days.
If you have a problem with a Pelican part beyond 30 Days of your purchase please contact Pelican directly. Pelican does offer a Lifetime Warranty on all of their cases and flashlights.
